When should I reapply?
ICA sets no minimum waiting period. The only official rule: you can’t submit a new application while one is still being processed.

- New or repeated applications for the same people are not accepted while a current application is in process.
- An appeal (within 12 months of rejection) is a separate route from a new application.

- The most consistent community advice is to reapply only after something material changes — a new role, a raise, marriage, a child, or more time in Singapore. Resubmitting an unchanged profile is widely seen as pointless.
- Many public stories describe approval on the second to fourth attempt after such changes. Some families report many rejections despite long residence.
