PR CompassStart

A readiness picture, not a prediction.

ICA publishes the factors it considers but not how it weighs them. So we don't guess at your odds. We show how your profile reads against those factors — split into your contribution and your roots in Singapore — and where you can strengthen it.

Three kinds of information, always labelled

Official

What ICA and the Government say

The factors ICA lists — family ties, economic contribution, qualifications, age, family profile, length of residency, and commitment to sinking roots — plus official facts like fees, timelines and documents. Always linked to the source.

Applicants report

What applicants report

Patterns from publicly shared experiences, collected with care and checked for quality. Useful context, never policy — and never shown when there isn't enough of it.

Our judgement

Our judgement

ICA doesn't publish how it weighs its factors, so the way we combine them is our own. We label it as ours, and we refine it as real outcomes come in.

What we will never do

  • Give you a percentage chance of approval. The score is capped at 90, because no application is a certainty.
  • Score your nationality, race, gender or whether you own property.
  • Present an applicant's anecdote as ICA policy.
  • Ask for your NRIC/FIN, passport number, address or bank details.
  • Sell your details to consultants or agencies.

Why applicant data needs care

People tend to post when something notable happens — an approval to celebrate, or a string of rejections. Most posts leave out income or age, and some groups post far more than others. So we only compare you with others when there are enough similar cases, we show counts rather than rates, and we say what the sample can't tell you.

The most reliable data is yours: when people who used PR Compass later tell us what ICA decided, the picture gets sharper for everyone.
