Can my spouse apply with me?

• ICA’s Integrated Processing System (June 2024) lets “a mother, father, and child … submit a single application for the same immigration facility” (MHA, ICA Workplan Seminar 2026).
• All persons added as applicants must log in to review the form and make declarations before it can be submitted.
• ICA’s checklist has a column for a non-applying spouse, so a spouse can be declared without applying.
• All marriages, including customary marriages, must be declared.
• A spouse of a Singapore citizen or PR can apply under their sponsorship. Official data for 2019–2021 shows about 7,600 PR applications a year from spouses of citizens, with 62% approved.
